On December 25, 1959, in Richland, Pennsylvania, Anna married Edwin M. Hoover and to this union eight children were blessed.

Edwin and Anna moved to Missouri on January 23, 1974 and were members of the Millport Mennonite Church south of Rutledge, Missouri.

Anna is survived by her husband, Edwin Hoover of Hurdland, Missouri; eight children, Mark and Ellen Hoover of Memphis, Missouri, David and Ethel Hoover of Arbela, Missouri, Julia and Raymond Brubaker of Warrensburg, Missouri, Lois and Mervin Garman of Mt. Sterling, Iowa, Jason and Nora Hoover of Versailles, Missouri, Ira and Karen Hoover of Hurdland, Missouri, James and Elva Hoover of Baring, Missouri, and Esther and Curvin Dean Martin of Memphis, Missouri; six brothers, Leroy and Miriam Oberholtzer of Memphis, Missouri, Paul and Mary Edna Oberholtzer of Curtiss, Wisconsin, Lloyd and Esther Oberholtzer of Richland, Pennsylvania, Irvin and Edith Oberholtzer of Rutledge, Missouri, Abner and Verna Oberholtzer of Gorin, Missouri, and Amos and Alma Oberholtzer of Unity, Wisconsin; a sister, Esther and Martin Huber of Rutledge, Missouri; fifty two grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Anna was preceded in death by her parents, Levi and Lizzie Oberholtzer; a sister, Grace Huber; and a sister-in-law, Anna Oberholtzer.

Funeral Services will be Monday, August 30, 2010, at 9:30 a.m. at the Millport Mennonite Church south of Rutledge, Missouri.

Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 29, 2010 at the Hillcrest Mennonite Community Center south of Memphis, Missouri.

Abner Oberholtzer, Carl Hoover, Earl Oberholtzer and Merle Oberholtzer will officiate and Casket bearers will be Delbert Hoover, Justin Brubaker, Timothy Hoover, Jeffrey Garman, Nelson Hoover and Leon Hoover.

The family request no flowers or memorials, only your thoughts and prayers.
