Charles Samuel Bell, 74, of Arbela, Missouri, died Wednesday, March 2, 2016. at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois.

He was born August 30, 1941, in Trenton, New Jersey. He received a Bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Oklahoma State University.

Charles was united in marriage to Viktoria Schauer on August 30, 2014 at Arbela, Missouri. He served in the U.S. Army as a criminal investigation agent, served three tours in Vietnam and retired from the service in 1982 at Fort Smith, Oklahoma. Charles was a past Mason. He had a passion for playing video games.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Viktoria, of the home and a son; Patrick "Pat" Bell and his fiancée, Lynnette Ludwick, of Memphis, Missouri and a step-son, Scott Spigelmyer and his wife, Elizabeth, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; two grandchildren.
