Danny G. Meinhardt 57 died suddenly Tuesday August 18 2009 at his home in Bennington Kansas. He was born March 5 1952 in Bloomfield Iowa to George and Lurla Riebel Meinhardt. He was a graduate of Scotland County High School in Memphis Missouri and the University of Missouri at Columbia Missouri.He worked with Archer Midland in Illinois later transfering to Kansas until his retirement. He worked in real estate development and was a principal owner of Golden Eagle Estates.Surviving is his friend Deborah Scheibler of Bennington Kansas two sons: George Logan Meinhardt of Salina Kansas and Adam Travis Meinhardt of Salt Lake City Utah his parentsGeorge and Lurla Meinhardt of Memphis Missouri two brothers: Donovan Meinhardt and wife Judi of Colo Iowa and Kim Meinhardt and Karen Shanley of Memphis Missouri and a sister Connie Briddle and husband Gary of Kirksville Missouri nieces nephews and friends.Preceding him in death were his grandparents Otto and Mary Meinhardt and Clark and Lucille Riebel.As an expression of sympathy memorials may be given to the American Heart Association.
