Harold Dale Gore, 89, passed away January 26, 2019, at the Scotland County Hospital in Memphis, Missouri.

He was born June 26, 1929,  at California Junction, Iowa, to Oran Francis and Ora Agnes (Cleaver) Gore. He graduated from high school in Odebolt, Iowa.

Harold was united in marriage to Beverly Jean Habernicht on September 20, 1947,  at Boyer, Iowa.  He was an owner- operator, over the road truck driver and retired at age 62.  Harold enjoyed trucking, ice skating and attended the First Baptist Church.

Left to share Harold's memory are his wife, Beverly; a daughter, Marcia Ostrom and her husband, David, of Papillion, Nebraska; a sister, Lucille Dayhuff and her husband, Bill, of Yankton, South Dakota; 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents; two daughters:  Sherry Gore-Simpson and Tanya Helene Chowning; two sons:  Robert Lee Gore, Randy Scott Gore, a brother, Hugh Gore and two sisters: Betty Hardenbrook and Karen White.
