Harvey S. Zimmerman, age 90, of Edina, MO, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026, in the comfort of his home.

Harvey was born on November 4, 1935, in Lancaster County, PA to Phares and Elizabeth (Sensenig) Zimmerman.

On June 18, 1960, he married Arlene S. Bauman. The early years of their marriage they resided in PA. In 1978, Harvey and Arlene took their family to Paraguay, South America. They made their home there unƟl they returned to PA in 1994. They lived in Breckenridge, KY from 1997 -2013. They spent their later years in Edina, MO, close to a daughter and family. Harvey was a member of Oak View Mennonite Church.

Harvey is survived by his wife of 65 years, Arlene S. Bauman; 7 sons: Lance (late Lori), Ephrata, PA; Doyle (Barbara), Reinholds, PA; Neal (Donna), Ephrata, PA; Boyd (Jeanne), Quarryville, PA; Linford (Sovanchan), Lancaster, PA; Philemon (Miriam), Roosevelt, UT; Zacchaeus (Lillian), Casa Grande, AZ. Also 8 daughters: Shelby, wife of Daniel Riehl, Huaral, Peru; Seleda, wife of Elton Weaver, Merril, WI; Valentina, wife of Luke Hollingshead, Arroyo Claro, Paraguay; Regina, wife of Clinton Martin, Edina, MO; Melody Zimmerman, Alturas, CA; Kay Zimmerman, Ephrata, PA; Fay, wife of Titus Martin, Barnes, MO; Sherie, wife of Dwight Sensenig, Shippensburg, PA; 58 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters: Civilla (late John Stauffer); Anna (Lloyd Gehman) and Ruth (Titus Bauman); 2 brothers: Ivan (Ida) Zimmerman and Alvin (Ellen) Zimmerman. In addition to his parents, Harvey was predeceased by 2 brothers: Luke and Allen Zimmerman and 2 sisters: Amelia Eckhardt and Edna Martin.

Visitation is planned for Friday, February 13, at the Shekinah Mennonite Church, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Funeral will be held, Lord willing, on Saturday, February 14 at 10:00 AM, also at the Shekinah Church. Address for the location: 15981 Blueberry Way, Kirksville, MO, 63501.

Interment will be at the Oak View Mennonite Church in Edina, MO.
