Kynlie Harper Burkholder, age 1 yr. 7 months and 29 days passed away peacefully at 11.41 p.m. on February 9, 2026 at St. Louis Children's Hospital.
Kynlie was born on June 11, 2024 in Kirksville, MO, the precious daughter of Jeffrey and Leann Burkholder, and sister to Kimbria Skye and Stetson Rydale.
At 23 hours old, she was diagnosed with a rare, hereditary, genetic condition called I-cell Disease. She was a feisty little girl, with a ready smile for everyone. She was doted on by her many little friends, cousins, aunts and uncles, and grandparents, Kenneth and Marlene Burkholder and Eugene and Minerva Oberholtzer. She was the light of her brother Stetson's life.
Kynlie will be greatly missed by her parents, Jeffrey and Leann Burkholder and her big brother Stetson Burkholder, almost 5.
She was preceded in death by her big sister, Kimbria Skye Burkholder on Jan. 16, 2021, and an uncle Jonathan Martin on June 20, 2016.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 15, 2026, at the Millport Mennonite Church south of Rutledge, Missouri.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday, February 14, 2026, at the Hillcrest Mennonite Community Center south of Memphis, Missouri.
Interment will be in the Millport Mennonite Cemetery south of Rutledge, Missouri.
Kynlie's family request no flowers, only your presence and prayers.
