Lila Frances O'Malley, 83, of LaBelle, Missouri, passed away Thursday morning, June 12, 2025, at the Hannibal Regional Hospital in Hannibal, Missouri.

She was born November 9, 1941, in Colony, Missouri, the daughter of Herman Edward and Elsie Rudicil Schneider.

Lila attended Colony School and graduated from the Knox City High School on the Class of 1959.

On June 11, 1994, in New London, Missouri, Lila married Kenneth Paul O'Malley.

They made their home in New London, Missouri and she worked at the K-Mart in Hannibal, Missouri and Quincy, Illinois for twenty-three years.

Lila is survived by a nephew, Lenny Benstine of Edina, Missouri; a great niece and a great great niece; along with special friends and caregivers, Nancy Shouse of Edina, Missouri and Karla Oberdahlhoff of Edina, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Elsie Schneider; husband, Kenny O'Malley (2020); and a sister, Lois (2023) and her husband Lyle Otte (2024).

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 18. 2025, at the Colony Cemetery in Colony, Missouri.
