Mildred M. Davis of Edina, Mo passed away Thursday December 20, 2012 at Knox County Nursing Home in Edina, Mo.

Millie Davis was born February 20, 1925 at Hannis, Missouri, the daughter of Loyal and Grace Pauley Johnson.

She married John M. Davis May 19, 1948 at Unionville, MO.

She is survived by two sons Larry and Dick Davis, grandchildren Brad Phelps of Missouri, Scott and Rex Phillips of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She was preceded in death by a son John Bruce Davis, her husband John and her parents.

Graveside service will be held at Dale Cemetery, Centerville, Iowa Wednesday December 26th at 2PM with Pastor Spencer Keroff Officiating.
