Steven Paul Bradley, age 68 of Lindale, Texas, passed away November 24, 2024, at his home in Lindale, due to a long battle with cancer.

He was born in Kirksville, Missouri, on July 14, 1956, to Okie Deen Bradley and Garnett Maurine Newcomb Bradley who preceded him in death.

Steve graduated from Scotland County High School in the Class of 1974.
Steve is a veteran of the US Air Force and retired from the US Texas Army National Guard in 2016 as Chief Warrant Officer 4. He flew Jet Ranger, Huey, Cobra, and Black Hawk helicopters during his 23 years of active duty. He was a commercial airline pilot for American Airlines for 30 years, retiring in December 2020, holding the rank of captain and flew 757, 767, 777, DC-9, MD-11, A319, A320, and A321 airplanes. He holds 10 Type ratings from The Federal Aviation Administration.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Harbur Bradley of 49 years; two sons, Jeremy Bradley and his wife Laura of The Colony, Texas, and Jeremiah Bradley of Garland, Texas; and granddaughters, Rylee Bradley and Kendall Bradley both of The Colony, Texas. Surviving siblings include Michael Bradley, Olathe, Kansas; Patrick Bradley, Bible Grove, Missouri; Joy Bradley Moore (husband Joe) Camp Point, Illinois; and Bruce Bradley, Warrensburg, Missouri; along with numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at the Memphis Funeral Home in Memphis, Missouri.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Memphis, Missouri.

Interment will be held in the Church of Christ Cemetery in Bible Grove, Missouri.
