Terry Lee Logsdon, 74, of Memphis, Missouri, passed away Thursday, August 21, 2025, at the Harry S. Truman VA Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.

Terry was born on February 15, 1951, in Monmouth, Illinois, the son of Frank and Lucille Faye Piper Logsdon.

He attended school on Monmouth, Illinois, and continued his education with two years of college.

On February 14, 1996, in Gerard, Illinois, Terry married Elizabeth Maness.

Terry honorably served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards but most of all he loved visiting and spending time with family.

Terry is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Logsdon of Memphis, Missouri; children, Tammy Logsdon, Megan Logsdon and Amber Logsdon all of Terra Haute, Indianna; step children, Candy Smith of Terra Haute, Indianna, Ryan Nichols of Hinesboro, Illinois, and Chris Nichols of Memphis, Missouri; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Lucille Logsdon; a daughter, Allison Logsdon; brothers, Bobby, Theron, and Richard Logsdon; and a sister, Peggy Montroy.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at the Memphis Funeral Home in Memphis, Missouri.

Funeral services with full military honors, will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Jacksonville Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, Missouri.
